Where, with what, or how can I generate bitcoin payment URLs from a (public) address?

So, I have, for example, Electrum wallet. Which can generate new addresses, and allows me to give an amount and give it a label even. All this is encoded in a neatly generated QR code. From what I see, this is just a QR-encoded bip-0021 link
I'd like to generate or copy such links, so I can share them in e.g. a PM, email or on a website instead. Is there an easy way to do so? Is there a (commandline) client that can create such payment-request links?

Is there an app that can batch generate Bitcoin addresses (public + private keys)

I was wondering if anyone was aware of a script or program that can batch create Bitcoin wallet addresses with public and private keys and output that? We're giving away some free cryptocurrency as part of an onboarding learning platform and would need to generate several hundred of these, then deposit a little amount of BTC into each.
Any help is much appreciated!

Q: how are bitcoins tracked if everytime you get a new address, a new public-private key is generated?

I'm thinking about buying bitcoin, but being a computer engineer student, bitcoin fascinates me how it works. I've wrapped my head around how the block chain works (for the most part), but I'm still trying to work out how you can get a new address for each transaction and still track your bitcoin.
I'm reading this article and it's a nice description on address generation, but now I've come to my question in the title. How can this happen? My understanding before this was you keep a private key, and use the public key to do transactions, but it's a little more complicated apparently.
Any help in understanding this is most appreciated!

Can one public key generate multiple Bitcoin addresses?

Hi all together, I've started to educate myself about Bitcoin ( earlier my primary focus was on Ethererum). Right now my primary information source is "Mastering Bitcoin V.2". In chapter 4 I don't really get the relationship between the public key ( which is calculated from the private key ) and the bitcoin address, which is generated from the public key. My questions are. 1. Can a public key generate multiple bitcoin addresses ? 2. In the Bitcoin ecosystem, if I send BTC to someone, as the recipient I would put in his Bitcoin address, not his public key ( opposed to ether). correct? 3. What would happen, if I tried to sent BTC to a public key? Or would the wallet simply give me an error? thanks in advance
